The car holds 3° negative camber, fender rolled, no spacers. Spec is the same on every build that earns the badge. We document each pass.
Episode 04 of the build log is the fender roll. The S15 came to us with the arches stock and the suspension already on Tein Flex Zs. The owner wanted -65mm at the rear, 9.5J +15 Work Meisters. The numbers were going to fight without a roll.
We did the roll in-shop using a fender roller with a heat gun. Six passes per side, 10 seconds of heat per pass, no paint cracking. Spent more time taping off the body than rolling. The whole thing took 90 minutes including measurement.
After the roll: lip clears the tire at full lock at -65mm with no rubbing under load. Camber pulled to -3.0° at the rear to keep contact patch reasonable. Owner reports zero rubbing at 6/7-tenths over the cat eyes on the Tōmei.
What we'd do differently: pre-treat the inner lip with rust converter before rolling. We didn't, and we can see one small bubble forming.
Episode 05 is the rear seat delete and weight check. We're aiming under 1180kg dry.
